Sando and his team are very genuine and do a great job! They got out to our flooded basement within hours of us finding it and have been very attentive to our problem answering questions at all hours and Sando made sure to be at our house when the insurance adjuster was there to answer his questions. Highly recommend!

I had a major issue with ground water flooding that filled my egress window well, then broke thru & filled my basement with almost 3 feet of water. We were able to sump pump most of it out. But were left with a mess & lots of mud & broken glass. Serve Pro was amazing & did an outstanding job. They went above & beyond. I’d post pics if I could. Most of the crew had to work hard on this one & they were all so awesome. I highly recommend!

Their service is second to none. They were absolutely fantastic! Came on a Saturday morning to Belmond, stayed until the problem was resolved. They even went as far contacting our local plumbers and working closely with them on the problem. Haden, Logan and Sando were top notch. Would recommend them to anyone.

We just had Tyler and Zeke at our home to clean our carpets. They did an excellent job and we were very impressed with the quality of their work!! Both young men were courteous and their customer service was first class

I had a disaster in my home when a stainless steel hose burst under the sink in my upstairs bathroom.  After a plumber was able to stop the water flow, I contacted Jerry at SERVPRO and he was at my home in minutes to survey the damage.   He said he would have 4 or 5 of his workers come the next morning to start the process of restoration.  That was exactly how the process started with all the equipment and fans before 9 am.

There was a problem with the water leaking through a light fixture onto a carpeted area.  Jerry was on hand to explain the steps needed to start the fans and equipment.  There was many items to be moved, so the guys carried some of the bigger items to the garage.  

Jerry was very helpful and kind as I'm a widow with no family near me to help.  What a nice crew for me to work with through this stressful situation  They were all very courteous and caring.  Also the office gals were always very helpful and kind.

SERVPRO crew was great.  They took the time out of their day and answered any question that I had.  Everything from the initial inspection to the remediation went smooth. 

Crew arrived quickly after I called in.  They did a thorough job and worked hard until the end. 

They guys were very efficient, prompt, and courteous.  They worked their buns off.

This was a scary situation.  The guys were great and very helpful throughout. 

This is a thankless job but your team took care of it with professionalism and efficiency.

I just wanted to commend your company on its' choices of employees. I am writing this from the Congregational Church in Humboldt. From William Brungardt to Joel Ulstad to the service techs and the lovely voice who answers your phones, our experience has been great. Your service techs were cleaning the carpets on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 21^st and 22^nd right before Thanksgiving.  They were thorough, explaining what they were going to do and then efficiently getting done, while accommodating a piano tuner and boiler replacing personnel all at the same time. What a wonderful collection you have of courteous, considerate folks that represent your company. We are all amazed at how beautifully all the carpets came out. There were some stains that have been there for years that they were able to successfully remove. Good job, great performance and a great team. Thank you!
